The Celeste Barley Strip Bed brings warmth into the bedroom without tipping into busy. Upholstered in a linen-weave fabric in barley — a soft, oatmeal-toned neutral somewhere between beige and wheat — it’s built around a strip-channel headboard, with clean vertical stitching that adds shape and texture rather than pattern. It’s the kind of bed frame that sits comfortably in a Scandi-neutral room, a warmer terracotta-and-rattan scheme, or anywhere you want texture without introducing another colour to plan around.
A Channel Headboard That Wears Its Texture Well
Barley is a forgiving shade: warmer than stone, calmer than mustard, and close enough to natural linen and jute that it reads as timeless rather than seasonal.
