A Double Velvet Bed Built to Order

A double bed frame upholstered in genuine crushed or plush velvet, built to order in the fabric and color you choose. The double size measures 135cm x 190cm, giving one sleeper plenty of room to stretch out, or two a cozier fit than a small double allows.

Crushed or Plush Velvet

Crushed velvet catches the light with a rippled, textured finish, while plush velvet sits flatter and more matte. Both are available in more than a dozen colorways, from black, grey and mink through to blue, pink and champagne, so the bed fits an existing room rather than forcing a redecorate around it.

Storage and Headboard Options

Add 2 or 4 underbid drawers, or choose full-width ottoman storage with a gas-lift or end-lift mechanism if the room needs more space than drawers can give. A split headboard is available for tighter stairwells, and the bed can be delivered flat-packed or fully assembled in the room of your choice.

Before You Order

Fabric and color are selected once per order and apply to the whole frame, headboard included, so it’s worth confirming your choice against a sample before ordering if you’re color-matching existing furniture.

Is the double a good fit for two adults? At 135cm wide, a double comfortably sleeps one adult with room to spare, or two on the cozier side — if you’re regularly sharing, a king size gives more shoulder room.

Can I order a matching footstool? Yes, a footstool in the same fabric and colour can be added at checkout in standard, king or super king width.
