Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever. Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always the way you like it, not always in the preferred order.

Fabiana Strip Bed — Super King Bed Ottoman | Strip Panel Luxury From £329
Your bedroom is the one room in the house that’s entirely yours. The Fabiana Strip Bed treats it that way.
This super king bed ottoman is built around a clean, architectural strip-panel headboard that carries real visual weight without overwhelming the room. It’s the kind of design that makes your bedroom feel finished — not furnished. Available in super king 6ft (180cm x 200cm), it gives couples the space they actually need while doubling as the smartest storage decision in the house.
The Storage That Actually Changes How You Live
The Fabiana comes with your choice of end-lift divan ottoman storage or gas lift storage base — both accessing the full footprint beneath your mattress. That’s not a small drawer tucked in a corner. That’s room for winter duvets, extra pillows, seasonal clothing, suitcases, and anything else your wardrobe has given up on. No bending. No pulling. Just lift, store, and sleep.
Competitors charge upwards of £874 for a super king ottoman bed. The Fabiana starts at £329 — and the quality doesn’t apologise for the price.
70+ Fabric & Color Combinations. Your Room, Your Rules.
This is where the Fabiana leaves every high-street rival behind. While brands like Happy Beds, Time4Sleep, and Furniture Village offer you three or four upholstery choices, the Fabiana gives you nine fabric families and over 70 color options:
Plush Velvet — mink, teal, sky, silver, mustard gold, steel, cream, pebble and more Crushed Velvet — champagne, lilac, red, blue, gold, grey Chenille — charcoal, mink, silver, black, cream Linen — sage, copper, midnight, graphite, barley, wheat Boucle Teddy — cream, stone Coniston — almond, armor, gold, green, pink, blue Naples Fabric — sand, slate, mauve, silver Arizona — black, grey, choc Faux Leather — black, white, blue, brown, pink
No other super king ottoman bed at this price point comes close to that level of choice. Interior designers call it the headboard effect — the right upholstery across a super king frame sets the entire color narrative of the room.
Built to Your Spec, Not Ours
Beyond fabric and color, the Fabiana lets you configure:
Headboard height — standard or extended up to +40cm for that dramatic, floor-to-ceiling look Base type — standard slatted base or ottoman storage base Mattress — from 1,000 to 3,000 pocket spring, pillow-top options, or spring memory foam Foot stool — in standard, king, or super king sizing Professional assembly — available at checkout, so it arrives built and ready
What Size Is a Super King Ottoman Bed?
A super king bed measures 6ft wide x 6ft 6″ long (180cm x 200cm). It’s the largest standard bed size in the UK — 30cm wider than a king size. For two adults, it’s genuinely transformational. No more negotiating mattress space. No more 3am elbow battles. Just a proper night’s sleep.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is an ottoman bed worth it for a super king? At super king size, an ottoman base makes more practical sense than any other size. The storage cavity is proportionally larger, and the gas lift or end-lift mechanism handles the weight of a 6ft mattress effortlessly. If you have the room for a super king, the ottoman base is the only logical choice.
What’s the difference between end-lift and gas lift ottoman? End-lift (divan ottoman) opens from the foot of the bed — ideal if your bed sits against a wall or in a fitted bedroom layout. Gas lift opens upward from the side, useful if you access storage frequently. Both are available on the Fabiana.
Can I add a mattress to the Fabiana? Yes. Choose from 1,000, 2,000, or 3,000 pocket spring mattresses — including pillow-top and memory foam options — all sized and matched to your Fabiana at checkout.
Does the super king Fabiana come with assembly? Professional bed assembly is available as an add-on. Our team will build the frame in the room of your choice — just ensure the space is clear and accessible.

Why Choose Stupor Beds Over the Big Names?
The answer is straightforward: more choice, less markup, same quality.
Furniture Village, Argos, and Better Bed Company move mass-produced frames with limited configurations. The Fabiana is built to order around your exact colour, fabric, base, mattress, and headboard height preferences. You’re not picking from a shelf — you’re specifying a bed.
At £329 for a fully upholstered, customisable super king ottoman bed, the Fabiana offers a price-to-specification ratio that the high street simply cannot match.
